What is the best place do download music. I have no problem in paying a monthly or annual price.?

I have a dj business and am currently using the exclusive promo only company. I do a lot of high school proms and other dances so I really need the ability to download clean/ edited music. The big thing is, is that i MUST BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD not stream or listen only. Thanks. Like I said paying is not a big deal at all.
