Car accident what do I do?

She is being ridiculous, but obviously she's a spoiled little brat if mommy & daddy bought her a $35,000 car. The best thing to do is report it to your insurance company and let bratgirl get the car fixed. With the hissy fit she had at the scene either she may try to claim injuries too. the minor damage to her car will prove to the company that she wasn't injured and she probably won't get any money for injuries, but you want your insurance company on your side to fight it just in case.
