Since alcohol pes thru my system so fast after my gastric byp, does that mean that I could possibly be?

sober enough to drive? Could this mean that if I drank 3 drinks, and a friend drinks 3 drinks, there could be less alcohol in my BLODDSTREAM than in hers if tested?
