Help. Medical Condition?

Okay so my mom has serious problems..she hashad 5 back surgeris..gastric byp and has a bleeding ulser in her stomach. last year she used to p out about every night due to her medicine..they took her off it and no longer pes out as often..but she still gets dozey. She has a morphine pump in her stomach. She is in extreme pain always but the doctors cant do help her anymore..suggestions.?
