Has a street name in Sofia, Bulgaria, changed?

I have a postcard from the early 1950's, labelled Boulevard Rousky, Sofia. I have tried to locate it in modern day Sofia with no success. Has anyone any ideas on how I might locate it or find out if it has changed?
