HELP?! im having trouble inserting a tampon?!?

Okay so sit on the flirt against the bath tub with you legs open and crunched up to your chest . Stick your finger in the hole the tampon goes in so you know the right angle your tampon should go in then slide your finger out slowley and replace your finger with the tampon. Put the applicator slightly into the hole and push the tampon in. If you still have time to go to the store to buy tampons tonight or tomorrow but the u by kotex ones with the plastic applicator they are by far the best!
