Want to transfer from B.S. in Neurobio, Physio, Behavior to BSN but my school does not offer a nursing program?

I go to UCD and no nursing program is offered. I am two years into my B.S. major of Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, going on my third. I want to earn my BSN but do not know what to do except going an alternative route to purse a PA degree. However I think I would rather be a nurse and pursue Nurse Anesthesiology later down the road. Does anyone know if I can transfer schools and carry credits over at all or even any advice at all in this endeavors or health careers. Maybe I should drop out of school than go to an RN school now?
