HELP! child support case! NEED ADVICE!?

well they might only be dismissing your moms case because you are 17. and you said which you have a older sister. the father only pays child support up 18 years of age. beacause then your are technically(sp) a adult. as far as i know. your mom might not win this battle. your mom should have took him for child support when he left you.
