When is your favorite time to exercise?

I understand. I am a full time graduate student, I have a full time job and I have a husband and three children. What I have had to do is make myself get up in the morning. Most nights I don't get to bed until around 12:00pm, and I get back up at 5:30 or 6:00 to exercise. I stopped exercising for a while and put on quite a bit of weight, because I did not want to get up 45 minutes earlier, but now I see my stress level is lower and I feel more confident throughout the day when I exercise in the morning. Also you have your metabolism boosted for hours right off the bat. Give it a try and see what happens. I wouldn't do it later, because then you give yourself too many excuses not to do it i.e. can't after I eat, and can't sleep afterwards. I'm not criticizing you, I just know exactly where you are! I like to do Tae-Bo's bootcamp, Step aerobics, and Jennett Jenkins workouts.
