Is the WESTPHALIA SYSTEM obsolete?

r u a university student with an exam sometime this week on something like world politics? btw, westphalia is to some extent obsolete mostly due to the eradication of nation state sovereignty. but it can be argued that its not totally obsolete, because despite the rise of globalisation and supra nationalism and international law and all that, nation states still have territoriality and do get to maintain some control over domestic affairs. moreover westphalia provided the bases for international law which then led to all these concepts that now threaten its existence
