If I took a written driving test 10 years ago, would they still have it on file?

I think it was a defencive driving type test, can't remember. I have to show proof that I took and ped when i go to pay my fine in order to get my license reinstated. Its been a loooong 10 years and I have kept up with that little slip all this time up until just a few months ago, and it figures that I am just now able to take care of this. Will that place be able to retrieve that slip again?
