I'm a teen- is this a good plan for weight loss?
I'm 14, 5'2'' and 148 pounds. I want to get down to 135 pounds. I eat healthy- whole grains, fiber, fruits and veggies, water, lean chicken , etc. I do strength training 2X/wk for 1 hr w/ my trainer. If I walk for 45 min. 3.5 mph @ 5% incline on the treadmill 3X/wk & swim 20 laps @ least 1X per week, will I lose some weight and how quickly? {This is an example of a workout for 1 week, I'll switch it up (except for training- I always go every week) 'cause I have a wii fit, elliptical, jump rope, trampoline, bike & pogo stick along with the pool & treadmill.} Suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
