How can I now see EPL football in Indonesia as Astro TV don't have the rights?

This seems to be an annual problem here, with rival companies cutting each other's thoats for the rights, but this time it seems no-one has them. Astro didn't even have the decency to warn customers. Internet connections are slow and unreliable here too, so streamed games don't seem to be a viable option. If anyone can tell me any provider still operating here or a way to get satellite pictures from abroad, I will build a cathedral in your name (or maybe just be eternally grateful!) It is outrageous that the 4th most populous nation in the world can't watch the largest and best sport in the world. Thank you very, very much in advance for any help.
