Does this prove obama's great intelligence?

Obama must be very smart. He was some how able to attend public school in Indonesia from age 5-10 without actually being a citizen, which was required for a person to attend a public school in Indonesia since they were at war and didn't allow for dual citizenship. He then went on to visit Pakistan in 1980 which wouldn't allow Americans to enter at the time, but somehow obama with all his greatness was able to trick customs and spend 3 weeks visiting, "friends and family" without being detected. Isn't this absolute proof that obama is one of the smartest people of all time?
