Anyone aware that BT charge �7 for a morning alarm call?! ?
I would certainly speak to BT about it - BUT that might cost you 'an arm and a leg' trying to speak to somebody - use email. It is good you have let people know here. Personally I try never to use any of those numbers on my landline or mobile - I never use directory enquiries or talking clock or anything. It is amazing how much of our money just goes 'down the drain' these days. Things like going over your number of minutes then your mobile bill zips up from �40 to �140 or something. Not using a credit card and getting a charge for not using it. A neighbour of mine was charged by BT as they have a paper bill so on the phone they agreed to a different plan and then got a whopping bill for that.
